For many pupils, unmet emotional needs are among the most significant barriers to inclusion, particularly for those with SEND.

A Consistent Weekly Presence.
We place the same dedicated counsellor within your school each week. That consistency enables young people to engage, build trust and make progress, while allowing the counsellor to become a genuinely embedded part of the school community.
Provision ranges from one full day to five days per week, aligned to your timetable and pupil need. We offer both early intervention and responsive support across the full range of emotional and psychological difficulties.
Primary Schools.
The earlier you reach a child, the greater the difference you can make.
We work with primary-aged pupils using a 30-minute session model, enabling up to nine pupils to be seen in a single day. Approaches are play-based, creative and trauma-informed, with parent and carer involvement where appropriate.

Our primary school counsellors are experienced in working with younger children and understand the rhythm and routines of primary school life. They work alongside pastoral, SEND and inclusion teams as part of the wider school community.
Termly insight summaries help schools identify emerging needs and inform inclusion priorities, while Snowford Grange’s wider team of 40+ practitioners provides continuity and reliable cover where needed.
Secondary Schools.
When young people feel supported, they stay engaged, stay in school and stay included.
We use a six-session model that supports focused, consistent work with each young person across the year. Full-week provision enables up to 140–160 pupils to receive support across an academic year, giving schools confidence that support reaches across the wider school community, not only those in acute need.

We work within SEND and alternative provision settings, adapting our model to reflect the specific context and needs of each setting.
